• Uninitiated Video (Video plays after the page has loaded without initiation by the user)
  • 30 seconds maximum play time.
  • Video plays automatically on page load.
  • Looping is unavailable.
  • Audio must be user-initiated.
  • Video and audio controls will be added by Yahoo!Xtra and are not modifiable.
  • A replay button is also added after the video finishes playing and always appears in the bottom left corner.

Video Specifications

• Stream duration may be 15 to 30 seconds.
• The preferred format for delivery is uncompressed or high quality .avi files.
• Minimum acceptable quality for a 30 second .avi is 60mb. For 15 seconds 30 mb is the minimum acceptable size.
• In certain circumstances we can accept other formats for delivery. Please contact aunz-adtech-team@yahoo-inc.com for more information. Additional lead times will apply.

Streaming Asset Submission Guidelines

Streaming assets must be delivered to Yahoo!Xtra 5 business days prior to campaign launch or campaign launch may be delayed. Contact your Sales Representative for additional details.

Delivery by FTP site or other online methods is preferable however delivery by CD ROM or DVD may be possible. Please contact your Sales Representative for assistance.
